How fast can I set up for an event?
Talk to us before your event and we'll set up your POS and load your products. After that you can add or change products yourself at any time, on the phone or tablet you already have.
What devices does it work on?

Can I manage multiple pop-up events simultaneously?
Yes. Create separate 'locations' per event. Track sales for each pop-up independently. Consolidate reports across all events.
Does the system support FTA e-invoicing?
Yes. Pause POS generates PINT-AE invoices. Full compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority. Works online and offline.
What payment methods can I accept?
Cash and card. Card payments run on your own bank's terminal (most have their own SIM), and Pause POS records them on the sale even while offline. Everything syncs when you're back online.
How do I sync data after an offline event?
Automatically. When the connection returns, queued orders sync to the cloud, with a retry every 60 seconds. Each order carries a unique ID, so nothing is duplicated.
Can I add new products during an event?
Add or edit products from the back office while you're online and they appear on every device. While offline, the POS keeps selling from the catalog already loaded on the device.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
How secure are my transactions while offline?
Offline orders are stored in the browser's local database on that device until they sync over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Protect the device with a passcode and log out at the end of each event.
