How it works
Apply
Fill in the short application. We review every one and reply on WhatsApp or email.
Introduce a shop
Send us the shop's name, a contact person and a phone number, after the shop has agreed to be contacted. We confirm your registration. We run the demo, set up the account and support the customer.
Get paid
When the shop pays for its plan and we have received the payment in cleared funds, your commission is payable. We pay monthly by bank transfer.
Commission
A percentage of the plan fees a shop you introduced pays us, excluding VAT, for the first 12 months of its paid subscription.
For the first 10 partners we approve. The rate applies to shops you register in your first 12 months as a partner.
For every other approved partner.
- Paid only on fees we have received in cleared funds. If a payment is later refunded, the related commission is deducted.
- Plan fees only. No commission on setup fees, hardware, installation or third-party fees.
- Paid monthly by bank transfer, within 15 days after month-end. Balances under AED 100 carry over.
- A registration lasts 90 days, and the first valid registration of a shop wins.
Example, not a guarantee of earnings: at the October 2026 plan prices, a Starter plan paid yearly (AED 990 excl. VAT) earns a Founding Partner AED 247.50, or AED 148.50 at the standard rate. Paid monthly, the first 12 months of Starter (AED 1,038 excl. VAT with the launch offer) earn AED 259.50 or AED 155.70. - Only introduce shops that have agreed to be contacted.
- Say only what pausepos.com says. No "FTA-compliant" claims, and no promises about features marked Beta or Coming soon.
- No self-referrals, and no paid ads on the Pause POS name.
- We handle the demo, pricing, setup and support.
Partner questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free. We may ask for your bank details after we approve you, only to pay your commission.
Do I have to sell or support the product?
No. You introduce the shop. We run the demo, agree the plan, set up the account and look after the customer.
Is hardware included in the commission?
No. The programme covers the Pause POS software plan fees only.
When do I get paid?
Commission becomes payable once the shop's payment has reached us in cleared funds. We pay once a month by bank transfer.
Do I need a trade licence?
You are responsible for any registration, licence or tax obligation that applies to you. We may ask for a tax invoice if you are VAT-registered. If you are unsure, ask your accountant.
