No. All offline orders are saved to your browser's IndexedDB — disk-backed storage that survives browser restarts and tab closures. Your data is safe until the connection is restored and synced to the server.

To get started, all you need is a tablet or computer with a browser. For card payments, add a PayBy terminal or use Tap-on-Phone. Optionally, add a barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer, and cash drawer. Everything works out of the box.
