Our Story
Pause began with a simple observation: retail software in the UAE was either too expensive, too complicated, or not compliant with local regulations. Most POS systems are built for global markets with UAE compliance bolted on as an afterthought.
Founded in Dubai by the team at Dynamic Web Lab, we set out to build a platform purpose-built for the UAE market. From PINT-AE e-invoicing to bilingual EN/AR support, every feature in Pause is designed with the local merchant in mind.

Pause POS is a product of Dynamic Web Lab, a UAE-based software development company with deep expertise in building digital products for the region.
Founded and operating in the UAE, Dynamic Web Lab specializes in custom SaaS development, AI-powered solutions, and e-commerce platforms. With a team of engineers, designers, and product managers based in Dubai, they've delivered dozens of projects for clients across the GCC, UK, and Europe.
