Does the system support FTA e-invoicing?
Pause POS generates PINT-AE invoices in UBL 2.1 format, with TRN validation and B2B/B2C/B2G classification. Submission to the FTA goes through your own ASP (e.g. ClearTax, Flick) — we haven't completed ASP certification testing.
Does the system work offline?
Yes. The system queues orders in IndexedDB and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. You can keep selling even if the internet goes down.
Can I manage multiple store locations?
Multi-branch management is available on our Multi-Branch & Custom tier — contact us to set it up. It's not part of the standard plan.
