UAE compliance tools in every plan
VAT receipts, e-invoice XML and PDPL tools are included in the plan, not sold as paid add-ons.
These are billed directly by third parties. Pause POS does not mark up or collect these fees.
UAE e-invoicing is submitted through an accredited service provider. The ASP charges per invoice or by monthly subscription. Pause POS generates the XML — you sign up with and pay the ASP separately.
Card payments go through your own bank or terminal provider, who charges you directly. Pause POS records the payment on the sale.

How does the launch offer work?
New customers pay 50% off for their first 3 months on monthly billing: Starter AED 49/mo (then 99), Growth AED 99/mo (then 199), Business AED 199/mo (then 399). Annual billing gives you 2 months free. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, but every new subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, with no contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation, and you can request a full export at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card via Stripe, or UAE bank transfer. Annual plans are usually paid by bank transfer.
Where is my data stored?
Pause POS is hosted in the EU (Germany), with daily backups stored off-site. Sub-processors and full DPA details are at /dpa.
How does e-invoicing work, and what does it cost?
Pause POS generates e-invoice XML in the PINT-AE (UBL 2.1) format, which you can send through the accredited service provider (ASP) you choose. You sign up with the ASP directly and pay them separately. We do not submit to the FTA and do not collect ASP fees. See the E-Invoicing page for details.
