Yes. Pause POS is built for offline-first operation. Orders queue locally in IndexedDB and sync automatically when connectivity returns.
How quickly can I set up?
Pause POS is a cloud SaaS — sign up and our team gets your store live fast, usually within a business day. No hardware lock-in: use any Android phone, tablet, or Sunmi device.
Can I accept contactless payments?
Card payments are recorded against your existing bank terminal, including contactless/tap-to-pay devices. Native PayBy Tap-on-Phone integration is on our roadmap.
Does the system support FTA e-invoicing?
Pause POS generates PINT-AE invoices in UBL 2.1 format. Submission to the FTA goes through your own ASP (e.g. ClearTax, Flick) — we haven't completed ASP certification testing.
